in many peoples eyes consultation speaks of collaboration/collaboratively - meaning together. I made a written complaint to ASIC regarding transparency and the fact it's been a month with zero comment from ASIC yet they were the ones in consultation with ASX to suspend the shares. it appears that ASIC interpret consultation as together just like I did otherwise ASIC would not have commented as they don't always make a public comment unless it's necessary to do so..
