Dear Shareholder
Please find attached todays update. I apologise for its brevity.
It has taken us more than a month to understand “who” asked for the suspension of ISX securities.
The ASX has still not told us the “why” that makes any sense to us.
Quoting a listing rule is not a reason. Listing rule 17.3 is a mechanism to suspend, once a reason has been identified.
Citing “market volatility” in 2019, and then asking questions about 2018 does not provide confidence or clarity to the market.
It is clear that from the ASX questions that the ASX is now looking for a cause to justify its unprecedented intervention in the market.
Despite the incredible amount of time that has been dedicated to answering questions from the ASX, the Company continues to drive growth, revenues and will likely be in a position to deliver a profit this financial year.

It is as if ISX is trying to make SH clash with ASX...What is the point of that? Instead of being so hostile towards ASX, how about co-operating fully with ASIC so they can finish their investigation faster...because obviously ASX is basing their every decision on consultation with ASIC, even reinstatement:

So why not just be accomodative to the investigation?
