That is exactly my view. I believe that it would be much better if ISX would be more diplomatic with the regulatory bodies instead of what they are doing now. Silence would have been infinitely better, which is why I am pondering as to why they would release such an announcement? Personally, it makes ISX sound very desperate and doesn't really help things...
