    Yes, the initial announcement was clear, it was in consultation with ASIC. This is obviously a different investigative magnitude to ASIC requesting the suspension.

    What apparently was not clear after a month is the suspension trigger puller 'who' and 'why'. The company does not have an obligation to be the nice guy if there is significant evidence that the suspension reason(s) remains ambiguous and/or arbitary in nature. Unitl ASX make their initial investigative allegations specific, then there will obviously be speculation.

    On the question of blame, blame for what? The company can not hold blame for the suspension if they did not initiate it, nor privy to the reasons for the suspension. At this point ASX initiated it and have not told the company or the market the actual reason.
