The Renison Tin JV is the crux of this . I believe there will likely be an offer made for MLX . Another possibility is that it be suspended pending a financial reconciliation of the company . The Renison Japanese partner has not put a foot wrong & they watch this debacle unfolding . Behind the scenes APAC's position must have strengthened considerably with the Boards Christmas update . MLX is in a parlous state - that's for sure. The board Should immediately resign & administrators be appointed for an orderly continuation of trading .
