I guess the taking is that as a minimum, they have a plan. Its strategic of the Chairman to mention a capital raise, as at least the market is aware of this. This may support accumulation due to price deflation, and a possible takeover bid / interest from institutional investors. It also strengthens their position in negotiations of any asset sale insofar as they are under less pressure from the market during discussions. After this is seems that they are looking at this from a very long term perspective, and to me this gives me at least a little bit of relief. All options are on the table for Nickel and Copper, and tin will hopefully improve significantly late next year.
