Board should just spin off the tin assets, provided there are no restrictions on change of control. Even at lower end of reduced guidance and upper end of AISC, Renison is worth at least $0.14/sh (4x EBITDA multiple @ US$20,000/t) and as much as $0.27/sh (6x EBITDA multiple @ US$22,000/t).
