OK, so it's there in black and white. Capital raising to be completed by the end of March.
Remember last time we were told by management that funding was imminent, but then it didn't eventuate? Who could forget, eh?! The response from the market then was good... the SP went from 3 cents to 6 cents in quick time. So far a much more restrained response to this ANN (once bitten twice shy?), but I'm confident we'll see some buying in the near term and have the SP heading north in the next few days.
