Looking like the raise (should it occur) might be at pretty low levels. One cent anyone?

If they do raise say $4m at a cent, the new investor's gonna have around a third of total shares on issue.

In contrast, had the cap raise gone ahead in 2018, we'd have had to increase shares on offer by probably no more than 3-4%.

It's interesting... you can see the incentive for an unscrupulous investor to 'play the long game', sabotage other bids, and destroy shareholder value to put themselves in the best situation possible. Not saying that's happened here, just musing...

Looking forward to seeing who the CI is and moving on with this project.
