Agree - it's as price sensitive as it gets for an LIC! Clearly they are trying to play down the departure by reporting it in the last sentence of the second paragraph. News of the renewed focus to narrow the discount is only meant to distract away from the bigger story - by the way, any action will only be considered in 2022; gives them more chance to extract management fees. Complete BS
