Totally agree. It just makes them look so unorganised, and to blame Covid is a joke. Doesn't seem to affect many other companies.
My guess is, they believe people are going to vote against some of the resolutions at the AGM and they either want to gain extra time to alleviate these shareholders, or delay as long as they can so that they don't get any imposition from any down voted resolutions.
Certainly doesn't scream a confident company in their stakeholders, in complete contrast to the position that Ransley has tried to spruik that everyone supports them.
