My take away from this is that FAR is not winding up. It's not really clear what happens next, but my reading is FAR will be a shell that is WPL contingent payment to be paid up until 2028, while demerger of existing exploration business into FAR2. Though operational review in annual report will clarify.
For FAR2 interesting to see if they can farm out or sell Gambia exploration areas as had thought they were drill or drop, though may be mixing up with other asset. They will need to hire a geologist MD and presumably acquire some assets.
