sounds like a sale ideally, and if not, an in specie distribution of the exploration assets with a bit of cash, then far will be left as cash plus wpl earn out. Tender for some shares at below nav to allow those who want high but short irr to exit, and those that want fairly safe longer but lower irr to benefit.
not sure what other options they would be considering.
corproate costs need slashing to reduce the decay though.
