This is like banging my head against a brick wall….but anyways…
Yes they CAN sell FFX , YES all it would have is the LLL shares and a whopping big tax credit assuming they hand us back cash on hand first,
It doesn’t need anything else in order to be sold- there are a gazillion unlisted (on an exchange) companies. FFX night just be one more. Or the buyer could list it if they wanted with the appropriate paperwork.
