True - a few weeks ago there was a NZ Buy Now/ Pay Later ASX listed outfit who delisted cos of major problems such as share price down some 90+ percent. They then relisted on a 'tier two' platform.
But the board must think that they can get a better outcome by remaining listed at ASX and finding a 'merger' type of deal?
