Am I reading too much into it so say they look to have pushed out positive EBITDA from 2H23 to 4Q23, and also cashflow positive from 'whole of Q4' to 'before end of year end'.....maybe 2-3 months delay yet it does seem like a change - right?

Nothing new in shareholder update.
As per 17 Feb presentation, the management stated that they expect Whispir to be free cash flow positive at a point in Q3 and Cash accretive for full final quarter

Yes. this is different from 15 Nov announcement. but since then they lost 2 major customers in North America (also stated in 17 Feb presentation)
