Still wondering if this 'transaction' has anything to do with LLL/Ganfeng, because who else would keep waiting & waiting whilst LLL keeps rising, especially with DSO info coming out today, and reserve info due Aug 2023, plus we're seeing an increased number of Li developers pushing back production throughout a time when Li supply will be greatly needed/(undersupplied?).

If the 'preferred participant' locked a deal in 6 months ago, they would already be so far up on their investment on the LLL escrow shares and could have got a massively good deal, however as LLL keeps increasing, the virtual free goal posts keep pushing further ahead of them.
