    How I see it unless there is a significant premium to the offer price,I can't see how selling the company gets me more value as to returning the cash and shares.
    By the time the sale is:settled I'd bet that I wouldn't be able to buy on market the same amount of shares as to what the cash and distribution number would be.
    current and past boards have had ample time to sort this shit out,if their not capable(seen nothing so far from them to say they are)then it's time for change.
    If it was their money tied up for over 12 months you could bet your bottom dollar things would be moving a hell of a lot faster.
