They may have both, obstinance and a deal ..... might be getting told what to do by the powers to be, I don't GAS
For whatever reason, they are not denying us, our shareholder rights to request a meeting given that we have the required criteria to do such.

Bear in mind, once the 249D is served, it can be withdrawn at any time.
If they pop out a good deal, that is good for everyone then 249D gets withdrawn.
