I had trouble too, SMH

Help desk is a bot, but waiting on a reply from them, basically the bot suggested everything other than a solution.
~ internet connection, change card

I'm not surprised I had trouble no sooner I tried and I get computer out of memory message... I haven't seen one of those sorts of messages since the old days of > / dos command lines.

Waiting for Customer Care to get back to me .....
