KIN announcement this morning:
Mr Johnston will receive $66,830 per annum for his role as Chairman and will be engaged at $2,000 per day
for his services as an executive reporting to the Board. During this transitional time the role is not expected to
be full time.
No indication of the duration of the arrangement or limitation on the number of days per week.
