As at 11am AWST Perth (1pm AEST Melbourne) the 203D, Consent to Act as a Director x 2 & the Director nomination documents have been hand delivered and served to Scott Lowe, Managing Director and representative of Firefinch Limited.

Digital copies have also been sent to [email protected] and Michael Weir (Citadel - Magnus)

Included and attached to the 203D was the additional information generated by DocuSign verifying the email addresses of all the signatories.

The next step, baring any further delaying tactics initiated by the Company, the 249D is being circulated for signing and will be served on the Company within the time frames as advised by the Shareholder Group legal advisors.

i have not been following firefinch ongoings as its been such a drawn out process of director BS.
Do hold shares.
Just wondering if anyone can advise me or point me in the right direction as to exactly why we lost Morilla in the first instance, and how the whole debacle of losing $100mill in such a short timeframe occured. Sorry cannot find the detail. any help would be appreciated.
