How can the sale of FFX possibly be in shareholders interest ?
The minute an offer is announced the LLL shares will jump to the offer price . [see LTR ] .
By the time any sale settles and we get our money the LLL share price will likely have appreciated so we will have pay more to get them back and don't forget, there maybe CGT payable.
There's also a large risk a predator will acquire it/them and go after LLL with all the associate BS manipulation.
No thanks !!! I don't want to sell ,much prefer to have shares returned after escrow.
The 249d will if successful further de-risk LLL = self interest =$$$ .
