Looks like we vote to give these clowns exemptions re the act immediately below.

Anyway all those conditions were met a fair while ago - I wonder if they got their perfomance shares already, or have held off? And if they have a new set...I don't recall. If they have some still "owing" to them under the approvals below, they could have gone a long way toward keeping holders happy by foregoing them given the total failure of Morilla.


If they are owned more "performance shares" they must be powerfully motivated to get a deal done by October 1st which is the expiry date below. So there is the absolute timetable I guess.
