I, along with many other shareholders, have written to ASIC and covered this and other questionable behaviour.
The response I received was:-Misconduct allegation
We have conducted preliminary inquiries into the concerns raised regarding the Directors and the Company and at this stage we are not satisfied there is sufficient evidence of systemic misconduct to support ASIC taking regulatory action in the public interest.
Please note, ASIC records all reports of misconduct in its confidential internal database with a view to collecting intelligence to support ASIC's broader regulatory responsibilities. The information and comments you have provided about the conduct of the Directors and the Company have been noted and may assist ASIC in the event we receive similar reports in the future.
Please note, ASIC's decision not to pursue your concerns further does not preclude you from pursuing any rights that may be available to you. You may wish to seek your own advice about these matters.
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to ASIC’s attention.
How much more information do they require to take action?
