    So it sounds like the ME-IM joint venture is the bidder, which is presumably part of the reason (if the board is to be believed) that we were in this mess to start with. Contractor performance issues were alluded to at the very outset iirc. Nice that they can effectively get a free refurbished gold mine out of it rather than any punishment.
