    NDA means nothing. If the management was confident enough, they didn't need that NDA to constrain their negotiation to others suitors. It's SHs' to be blamed on high expectation. If the result was bad, I predicted there would be a class action to the management for misleading. It could make the company bankrupted (no more CR from
    SHs). Anyway, MM would retire and insurance could cover all directors, then SHs would be the loser.
