Yeah, I'm not sure if you could use the word, imminent, when referring to...In a year's time. As doesn't it mean, 'about to happen'...'very soon'...'very close', etc.? ...So, I wouldn't say it's that vague a term.
Like for example, a Headline I read a couple of days ago...."Port Douglas braces for imminent arrival of Cyclone Jasper".
