Thanks GT55. Unfortunately I have not gone through all the news paper stuff and court papers. Let me spend sometime this weekend. My health doesn't allow me spend longer time on screen anymore. But thanks for sharing the screen shot.
Based on this I am scratching my head. If there was a real offer for such large capital, someone must have done the Due Diligence (unless another MNS ). Why would we blame technology if they decided to put in the capital. Or even if technology isn't working this money would have allowed company to find a suitable solution or fix the problem. I don't understand why would it not get approve. Something struggling to understand. There must be something else, I doubt MNS would block or stop this. In heavy investment business like batteries, dilution is common but even smaller pie become big in net value.
