It’s had been known there was a term sheet for months during last year so yes I was told there was a deal I didn’t know the terms but it was dilutive for MNS, but for you my broker is John Wardman he sits next to Pasquale Lombardo at Shaw’s, (you can find them on LinkedIn) the latter has about 40 clients in MNS some maybe on HC I have no idea!. But I’m sure some of the insiders that post on here had the details!

Now I understand this. GT you are spot on and absolutely right in your last statement. In heavy capital business cheapest route is to take the capital when you need it, raise the money when you have it. It was certainly a bad decision if a deal was blocked (but as I mentioned, I don't think MNS would block the deal, there must be something wrong or not a real deal or real investor).
