Now I understand this. GT you are spot on and absolutely right in your last statement. In heavy capital business cheapest route is to take the capital when you need it, raise the money when you have it. It was certainly a bad decision if a deal was blocked (but as I mentioned, I don't think MNS would block the deal, there must be something wrong or not a real deal or real investor).
Let's hope we get to know this soon and stock start trading again.
