I think IM3 and C4V are the main groups that took mns for a ride, that took mns shareholders for a ride which management should have picked up on.
MNS was only an investor of IM3, not running IM3.
So where did IM3 spend the loan money and all the money IM3 milked from MNS? Only the IM3 ceo and cfo can answer this.
What happened to C4V tech how did it go from the best to unable to make batteries? What happened to sales agreement from memory 1B sales agreements to 0 now. What a joke.
So many unanswered questions.
Mns is still to blame also (not as bad as IM3 and C4V they took all mns money) but mns too also because as IM3 largest investor mns should have held IM3 accountable and been overseeing our investment, spending, progress, technology, production everything, just like mns shareholders should have been holding our management accountable to make sure what measures we have put in place to oversee and safe guard our IM3 investment.
