Irrespective of what they wrote, HotCopper users are not responsible for gross negligence committed by the company’s directors.
The ball was always in MNS’s court. It was up to FP and co to do due diligence on iM3NY and C4V and 3rd parties and to disclose material news to the market according to ASX rules.
If there must be a litigation, it must be between us shareholders/ex-shareholders and MNS management.
