yeah how this is justified beyond me - not as if they have a huge workforce and other matters requiring such a high level of IT support!.

lets face it relied on Upretti - phone call/email/zoom - so that not difficult - so what other electronics on hand to justify such a fee ?.
- now that its come out that they relied on Upretti "word" and there appears to be nothing else that they had been focussed on!
