Asic and the class action should be combing through the Magnis books to find out how many "one off" payouts were made to alarmed directors and ex-employees. That "extension" of payments to the last ceo David xxx was in all but name??

Oh and that guy in the US who took them to court accusing Farnk of making "incorrect" anns. Did he get a payout?
