So it would appear MNS might still have some customers, the IM3NY factory has failed to deliver to them (as we all know), so they go to China and get a new supplier of working batteries/cells...and maybe they can sell some to those customers.
Completely bypassing IM3NY, who surely must be on the verge of bankruptcy by now and would have to be nervous with this news.
If MNS can in fact navigate the next couple of months and get some cash to pay some interest on the loans then is it a stretch to think well played to get us out of this mess. If you can get a good supply of quality Chinese cells and sell them, then we don't need to re finance a failed factory anyway.
I am mindful of years of announcements that end up going to dust, but my hope has improved a bit on this news, very interesting.
