This bit is interesting.
ASIC have either a current or former director in their pocket, or they have used their 'compulsory information-gathering powers' against current/former directors individually. There isn't really any other way to know this.
With their gross underfunding it's rare for ASIC to take legal action, and even rarer for them to lose.
