The action of ASIC today have sealed the faith of MNS. Its done.
No "Potential" investor would invest in this company until the ASIC case is over. ASIC must have strong evidence to take this to court.
And ASX won't release this company from suspension, until these issues have been resolved.
By then, the company will have run out of $$$$$$$$$.
And finally, if the ASIC case is proven, then the corporate veil - protecting Director/s could be lifted.
Then (hopefully), current and former shareholders may get some recompense.
