It never sat right that Magnis never updated the market about IM3NY production. Then when Frank wouldn't respond to the multiple shareholders trying to contact him, including myself, regarding IM3NY, you just had to assume things were in a bad way over there. I have never understood continuing to hold in the face of all evidence to the contrary on hope that it turns around? I do hope peoples financial losses are not locked up for to long. Might register my interest in the class action, purely in support of some justice for investors.
