My reclloection is that Mr Glasgow had the unenviable task of responding to the ASX officer's list of questions about production output and failure to meet budget expectations, etc. I believe that he was asked why the board was unaware that there had been no production output in the factor and when it became aware, etc, then why did it not question it? Answer: because we trusted the New York manager. LMAO
