The writing was on the wall from the very day the company pursued its HotCopper critics. No legitimate company does that - they ignore the critics, however vociferous they may be, and answer them with results. Magnis evidently understood the results would never truly eventuate, so they chose other means to silence the naysayers. The net is now deservedly closing in on the real people responsible for the company's demise and the subsequent destruction of shareholder funds.

Incredibly, some of those shareholders are actually now the ones propping up the company via unsecured, interest free loans. Quite an unbelievable picture, and I feel truly sorry for them and their families when they finally wake up and realise who the true culprits were. It's too late now.
