I don't think Frank would be that stupid but you never know. There has been some wild accusations and looks like we are getting close to getting some answers

To be reasonable about the situation I don't think Magnis was a scam from the beginning. I think they set out to succeed but along the way things seemed to get out of hand and the technology didn't work and instead of being up front about it, they lied and tried to cover it up. If they told the truth retail shareholders like myself could have got out at a loss instead of doubling down on false announcements and loosing more money. For that alone Frank and Co deserve to loose everything. The contempt they have had for retail shareholders is unbelievable. The best remaining shareholders can hope for is accountability for the perpetrators and this not to be dragged out so shareholders can write off the loss sooner rather than later.
