in aussie corporations law u cannot sue a director without first establishing that they knowingly did bad stuff (not enuff that they were just hopeless and dumb and burnt lotsa moola). that means u do the legwork of establishing that the director was knowingly reckless or knowingly deceitful or whatever yourself or, if easier and cheaper, just wait till asic gets that established in court. if established then directors can be held personally liable for the naughty stuff.... note that pollos is the only director named in the current mangis court action that will determine who knowingly did naughty stuff....
