Magnis Energy Technologies Ltd (“Magnis”, or the “Company”) (ASX: MNS; OTC: MNSEF;FSE: U1P) advises that it will not be able to lodge audited annual financial statements today as required under ASX Listing Rule 4.5.1 and section 319 of the Corporations Act 2001. As advised in previous quarterly reports, the Company’s directors are in discussions regarding additional capital from the debt and equity markets. Delays in closing a liquidity transaction has had a consequential impact of delaying the annual audit process. The Company will submit the financial statements as soon as practicable but, at this stage, cannot provide a specific timeframe for their completion.
