    No, that is just what I make of this bit...

    "Recoverability of the loan in full is by no means certain."

    Its Vallenar who owes ADY the money, not Farkas (Wyndham). So if someone dont pay you what they owe you what else can you do? => Administration. (But don't panic! It ain't that bad.)
