Actually I shouldn't be concerned at all. I know those guys at Perennial. The classic value managers. They ducked out of MLX loaded back up at 15c and together with like-minded Fund managers will make sure we get the best possible price in any takeover.
If you think you're getting soem some calls think about how many they are and the more important phone class are between the fund managers. If I can draw a parallel it was with Allan Gray FM and MDL about 1.5 years ago. The thing went from say 40c at the raising to be sold for around $2.40 I think (boofhead me sold out well before that number). I'm not saying that will happen here but I expect the direction to be the same.
