Then again Merck (MSD) has a non exclusive licence to use Benitec's RNAi technology...and they got Gardisil to the market. So maybe they have an interest in not having competition; by hopefully cutting the Prof (and AHZ shareholders) in on some of the market share....Very exciting stuff, can't wait for the ann!
