Next 4c may well indeed be too late to buy in the 30s (although in truth I know that all of us - including BurntTiger - are loaded up to the gills with AHZ shares anyway).
My reasoning for this is the impending vax collaboration announcement. IF IF IF this is anything like the collaborations on the beginning of the Immuno-oncology thread (last post yesterday) with an upfront payment (maybe $20m?) then I doubt you will ever be able to buy below 50 ever again.
