Could be. Curious whether u think that holders arbitraging the price are going to be effected by anything the company will present at this point.
I simply think they don't make that presentation if the SPP is over-subscribed.
And I'd have hoped the value would be sufficiently clear that ordinary holders would over-subscribe this offer, so management can consider future raises without externally underwriting.
