    re: Ann: Shareholders Give Metgasco the Green... 20c seems to be held, and it is understandable that some SPP participants would sell for a quick 2.5~5% profit, since the previous placement was oversubscribed, it is reasonable to assume that the institutional investors would be happy to accumulate at the current level.
