    Read today's announcement. Doesn't apparently apply to BNBG however, I'm pretty sure that the noteholders are stuffed as well based on this news.
    The ex-BNB management appear to have made sure there weren't any loose ends or loopholes in the contracts, definitely making sure that BNB/BNBG would go down without the shareholders having any recourse.
